• After completing the Audit, everyone qualifies for a 10% installation incentive on qualifying equipment - up to $3,000!  We will work with you to select the best energy-savings measures for your home and once a work scope is selected, we will plan and install the equipment.  A final energy audit tests and confirms the effectiveness of improvements and then you receive a 10% incentive check from NYSERDA!

• Awesome Financing!  Pay for your ENERGY STAR measures out of your energy savings!  Qualified buyers can choose very low interest rate (2.99-3.99%) financing for 5, 10, or 15 years!  For major improvments to your home's energy efficiency, your payment could be as little as $50/month!
