I just had a heating / cooling system installed. Bob Fraser, my salesman was very professional and answered all my questions. He was particularly responsive to my needs and what I wanted. Others quoted what they wanted! He made suggestions not demands and was encouraging me to ask questions during the selling process. He did not try to over sell me. He even offered to evaluate the other quotes if I wanted. Jeremy and his helper were very professional in the installation process. They allowed me to look over their shoulder during the whole process. That showed confidence in their work and knowledge. His suggestion to relocate the A/C to the corner of the yard as opposed to my original location was a good one. A potential electrical problem was quickly assessed, and resolved without incident.
